Te Manawa o Papamoa
As part of its settlement with Crown, Nga Potiki acquired 27 Ha of land at Te Houhou (Simpson Road, Papamoa). We are presently undertaking due diligence for a comprehensive housing development on that land comprising of a mix of housing typologies. This development will involve the construction of some 300 homes of which 30% will be set aside for affordable housing. Our point of difference from other developers is the commitment to creating a sustainable community within which our people can flourish while enjoying a strong cultural connection to their ancestral lands and the ocean. Manawa will be a legacy development.
From initial discussions with Ngai Tahu, we would like to explore the feasibility of KiwiSaver, Home Savings and Funeral Insurance services on behalf of Nga Potiki whanau.
